Microsoft School Transformation Program 2022

Microsoft Education Australia is pleased to announce the 2022 Microsoft School Transformation Program. It is a range of free professional development workshops for teachers, leaders, and IT pros that runs in the latter half of each year. In the first half of the year, we run a range of teacher workshops that will allow your staff to learn about Microsoft technologies in education to empower themselves and their students. By upskilling your staff early in the year, you will be set to complete the School Transformation Program later in the year if you choose to.

Teacher Workshops 2022

Running from March 2022 – May 2022, schools can use the calendar of events to build a professional learning program for their teachers around using Microsoft Technologies. Individual teachers can use the calendar of events to build their personal professional learning program. Whether you pursue these workshops as a school or as an individual, teachers can build their capacity and understanding in using Windows, Teams, 365 tools, STEM and Inclusive Classroom tools.

About the School Transformation Program

The 2022 Microsoft School Transformation Program is a free professional learning program that supports schools to digitally transform using Microsoft technologies. A school who signs up to the program commits to school-wide change and will send leaders, teachers and IT pros to workshops that will support their transformation.

Leadership and IT Pros workshops will be aligned to the Microsoft Education Transformation Program which will support them to envision what’s possible and develop a strategy to achieve it. Your school will also choose a team of teachers/leaders to complete workshops aligned to one of two pathways. These groups will develop a strategy, implementation plan, professional learning experiences, and a horizon plan for either a 1:1 BYOD program in your school or a plan for implementing Teams as a teaching and learning platform. You can choose to do both pathways if you have two different teams to manage each pathway.
